Oxfam bookshop benefit - Balham

Last night I was delighted to be invited to read from my two novels at a benefit in support of the Balham Oxfam bookshop. The turn-out was good despite the weather and loads of really interesting writers read their work. My only gripe was that I couldn’t find the bowling green – maybe it was underwater..?
