I’m the award-winning author of two novels (“Fire Horses” and “Out of Office”, both published by Legend), and a novelette praised by the New Yorker. My comedy novel “Jam Generation” will be published by Provoco in 2025 and my literary thriller, “Sacred Spring”, by Thinkwell Books in Autumn 2025.

I’ve had dozens of short stories, poems and works of creative non-fiction published in anthologies, magazines, and literary websites, and received prestigious awards from the Royal Literary Fund, Authors’ Foundation and other organisations.

My features, columns, comments and blogs have been published in UK nationals including The Times, Sunday Times, Guardian, Independent, Critic, The Author, Spectator and New Statesman, as well as in the US and Ireland. I’ve been interviewed on BBC Radio; appeared on and researched for TV; and helped write a West End show.
