Satirists everywhere, I‘m writing to ask for your help. A “funny” cartoon is urgently required for all national newspapers in time for tomorrow’s editions. Themes: cowardly and/or incompetent Italian captains deserting sinking ships; rats to lifeboat first; &c. May have secondary use on “Mock the Week”. I’d do one myself but I can’t really be arsed.
